Vision Infrastructure Solutions Unveils ELEVATE Initiative
In an important move to support the skilled trades sector, Vision Infrastructure Solutions, a key player in critical infrastructure services, has announced the launch of its latest initiative, ELEVATE. This program is set to assist high-potential founders in essential trades such as fire suppression, material handling, and vertical transportation. The skilled trades industry has been facing a notable shortage of qualified professionals, and ELEVATE aims to tackle this issue head-on by providing entrepreneurs with the necessary resources and support to thrive.
ELEVATE is structured as a hands-on partnership that guides founders through the various stages of business growth. By leveraging mentoring, strategic guidance, and a network of qualified professional resources, Vision Infrastructure Solutions seeks to equip business owners with the tools they need to scale their operations effectively. Each year, the initiative will invite a select group of talented founders—up to four—to participate as ELEVATE Partners in a comprehensive nine-month program.
The program focuses on key areas including leadership development, business expansion, and long-term sustainability. Joseph Scaretta, Co-Founder of Vision Infrastructure Solutions, underscores the significance of this initiative, noting that building a business often requires new systems and stronger leadership structures. “We launched ELEVATE because founders should not have to build alone. We prefer to build boldly, together,” he states. This sentiment reflects the company's dedication to fostering collaboration within the skilled trades community.
Participants in the ELEVATE program will have direct access to Vision’s experienced leadership team, comprised of experts in executive operations, business development, and strategic communications. Furthermore, participants may receive support from established skilled trades founders and other trusted service providers, covering areas such as legal structuring, accounting, public relations, and branding.
Applications for the ELEVATE program are open until May 31, 2026, and the process for selecting finalists will be completed by June 30, 2026. The inaugural cohort of ELEVATE Partners will be announced in August 2026, with the official program scheduled to run from September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Applicants must meet a few eligibility criteria: they should have operated their business for at least three years, generate a minimum of $1 million in annual revenue, employ at least three full-time staff, and possess the relevant trade licensing in the United States.
The launch of ELEVATE also extends an invitation to other skilled trades firms to consider adopting a similar model. “We believe the future of the skilled trades depends on how well we support the founders building within it,” asserts Scaretta. He encourages industry peers to embrace the ELEVATE model or create analogous programs that invest in the growing community of founders. With increased support from various organizations, the skilled trades sector can accelerate growth, enhance workforce stability, and cultivate profound change across the infrastructure landscape.
