Habanos, S.A. has officially introduced the Trinidad Villa, a new vitola that embodies the unique and avant-garde spirit of the Trinidad brand. This exclusive cigar is designed specifically for La Casa del Habano and Habano specialists, drawing its name from the colonial villas in Trinidad, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Cuba. The Trinidad Villa celebrates the timeless elegance and rich cultural heritage of the region.

The official launch took place on November 13 at the luxurious Jardín Lambú in Mexico City, one of the city's most opulent venues nestled in the lush heights of Lomas Altas. During this auspicious event, over 200 cigar enthusiasts, distributors, and international guests gathered to partake in an unforgettable evening.

A Tribute to Cuban Sophistication

The Trinidad Villa boasts a Julieta No. 3 vitola (47 × 170 mm) and delivers a smooth, balanced smoking experience characterized by medium strength. This exceptional cigar is wrapped in a light caramel-brown leaf, enshrouding a carefully curated blend of tobacco leaves from the renowned Vuelta Abajo region of Pinar del Río – celebrated as the world's prime tobacco-growing area. The result is a refined Habano with evolving notes of wood, toasting, and cocoa, ending with a smooth and elegant finish that is true to the Trinidad lineage.

These remarkable cigars are packaged with a special ring that highlights the product's exclusivity for La Casa del Habano and Habano specialists, alongside an additional foot band denoting its vitola. Each set contains 12 cigars beautifully crafted for this release.

As an homage to the colonial villas of Cuba, Trinidad Villa encapsulates the elegance, architecture, and cultural legacy that inspire the Trinidad brand, emphasizing its profound connection to Cuban heritage and artistry.

An Evening of Celebration and Culture

To commemorate this milestone, I.E.P.T. hosted an exclusive gala dinner on November 13 at the Jardín Lambú in Mexico City. The evening attracted over 200 guests, including cigar lovers, collectors, distributors, international media, and local opinion leaders like Eduardo González and Marco Beteta. A live performance by the musical group 'Primera Clase' provided an elegant backdrop for the unveiling of the Trinidad Villa, celebrating Cuban heritage at the heart of Mexico City.

Guests enjoyed a high-end culinary experience from Eduardo Kohlmann Banquetes, alongside a tasting of the iconic Havana Club line and a commemorative product auction from Trinidad. The highlight of the evening was the spectacular reveal of the Trinidad Villa, marked by an electrifying performance from the Blue Man Group, captivating the audience with their energy, rhythm, and creativity at the moment of the cigar's official introduction.
