On January 31, 2026, TIMEWELL, in collaboration with EMC GLOBAL and Musashino University’s Entrepreneurship Department, will host the EMC GLOBAL SUMMIT 2026 in Tokyo. This event, supported by Tokyo Metropolitan Government, aims to gather students, educators, and entrepreneurs primarily from Japan and Asia for a day filled with exciting engagement and collaboration.

An Overview of the Summit

The EMC GLOBAL SUMMIT is not just another conference; it represents the culmination of a global entrepreneurship program that has been developed by EMC GLOBAL. Attendees will witness projects from Musashino University's Entrepreneurship Department, showcasing the hard work and creativity of students across all four academic years. This confluence of voices will spotlight real challenges and learnings faced by energetic students today.

Planned Programs

The summit will include a variety of activities designed to foster interaction and innovation:

- Poster Sessions: Students from all year groups will present their compelling projects.
- Selected Student Pitches: Engaging pitches in both Japanese and English will highlight innovative ideas and business concepts.
- English Pitch Sessions: Students who participated in overseas programs will present their pitches in English.
- Discussions and Workshops: Breakout sessions will encourage rich dialogues among participants from Japan and abroad, breaking down barriers related to nationality and profession.

Through this platform, we hope to create a fertile ground for new perspectives and relationships that cross the boundaries of education, entrepreneurship, and globalization.

The Success of Last Year’s Summit

Last year, the EMC GLOBAL SUMMIT witnessed a remarkable turnout of over 800 attendees on-site and an additional 200 online participants, totaling more than 1,000 individuals from various fields. Students specially selected from various Asian countries, alongside Japanese university representatives, educators, and corporate members, participated in over 100 poster sessions and English breakout discussions. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with the spirit of learning and challenge.
