The first product is the Kotori Trip Small Chocolate Pie featuring the renowned cherry shortcake from the pastry shop 'Shirai Kumo' located in Nanyo and Yonezawa cities, Yamagata. This pie skillfully combines chocolate and cocoa into a rich dough, complemented by cream made from Yamagata cherries and fresh cream, providing a delightful balance of flavors.
