The Foreign Call 24 service will handle all tenant inquiries around the clock, every day of the year. This includes emergency responses for issues such as leaks or lost keys and day-to-day problems like noise disturbances and garbage disposal, in addition to assistance with lease renewals or terminations. Expert staff fluent in the tenants' native languages will significantly reduce operational burdens on real estate companies.

Direct Communication and Transparent Mediation


The service allows for direct communication between landlords or management companies and tenants, facilitated through various channels like phone calls, emails, or social media. This allows for efficient dialogue, with records shared in real time through a web platform and follow-up reports available for review. In cases of disputes, mediation involving all parties can be organized to expedite resolutions.

Guaranteed Protection Against Risks


The Foreign Call 24 is an enhancement to the existing rental guarantee service by Eru Support. It continues to cover risks such as unpaid rent and recovery costs, maintaining consistent terms even with the added service. Foreign tenants enjoy the same level of guarantee protection as Japanese tenants, enabling seamless integration and ensuring financial security for landlords.
