First up is the "Shine Muscat Verrine," crafted with layers of muscat jelly and panna cotta, dressed with fresh Shine Muscat for a refreshing experience. Next, the "Shine Muscat Shortcake with White Chocolate Chantilly" combines fragrant white chocolate cream and Shine Muscat, offering a sublime taste sensation. Other autumn-inspired creations include the "Shine Muscat Tart Rectangle" featuring rich almond cream, the "Caramel and Fig Cake" topped with semi-dried fig jam and nuts, and the delightful "Pumpkin and Rice Flour Diamant" coated with granulated sugar for a perfect crunch.
