Tokyo Summerland and JR Goban-guchi Line Collaboration
Tokyo Summerland, located in Akiruno City, Tokyo, is gearing up for a special celebration in honor of JR Goban-guchi Line's hundredth anniversary in 2025. From July 5 to September 29, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy original floaties designed specifically for this milestone!
Exclusive Floaties for Summer Fun
During the summer season, visitors can borrow original floaties featuring the JR Goban-guchi Line design while enjoying the "Great Journey" lazy river ride. There are two sizes available: 100cm and 120cm in diameter, ensuring that plenty of guests can partake in the unique experience. It's a fantastic opportunity to float with a piece of railway history!
Social Media Campaigns
In addition to the floaties, an exciting social media campaign will run concurrently. If participants post images of themselves with the JR Goban-guchi Line original floaties on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or X (formerly known as Twitter) using the hashtag
#Goban-guchi100th, they can present this post at JR Haijima Station to receive commemorative original merchandise from the Goban-guchi Line. Furthermore, receipts from purchases made within the station will grant access to an additional exclusive piece of merchandise!
