XCMG Kicks Off 2025 with Full Speed Deliveries

XCMG Machinery, a global leader in construction and mining equipment, has stepped into 2025 with remarkable momentum, executing a major series of shipments of its cutting-edge products to clients worldwide. This initiative reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainable development, and international expansion. In recent weeks, the firm has dispatched hundreds of state-of-the-art machines, comprising various machinery designed for mining operations, aerial work platforms, new energy loaders, high-end utility vehicles, and concrete machinery, targeting key markets across the globe.

Expanding Mining Solutions with Green and Intelligent Technologies

Among the highlights of XCMG's recent shipments is a substantial consignment of premium equipment for open-pit mining valued at 318 million RMB. This order includes mining excavators ranging from 90 tons to 400 tons, and 130-ton mining trucks, all destined for prominent mining operations such as Fortescue in Australia, Simandou iron ore project in Africa, and various sites in South America. Additionally, XCMG has successfully delivered its inaugural batch of underground mining machines for 2025, featuring advanced models like XUD135, XUL305A, and XUL307. With advancements in remote control and autonomous driving technologies, XCMG’s underground mining equipment has found markets in over ten countries across South America, Central America, and Southeast Asia, with sales surpassing 1,000 units.

Pioneering Technology in New Energy Loaders

Making waves in the loader category, XCMG’s XC9108-EV, recognized as the world’s largest purely electric wheel loader, is heading to a mining site in Southeast Asia alongside the much-acclaimed XC968-EV. The XC9108-EV comes equipped with an internally developed control system tailored for improved efficiency and features a dual-series motor drive that reduces energy consumption by 70% while boosting productivity by over 20%. Its Lithium Iron Phosphate battery boasts a capacity of 700 kWh, allowing for ultra-fast charging, reaching 80% in less than an hour, enabling uninterrupted high-intensity operations.

Supporting Global Construction Projects

XCMG’s aerial work platforms are contributing significantly to global construction projects, having recently delivered hundreds of units to North America and Europe. The flagship telescopic boom lift, the XGS40K, has been particularly successful due to its exceptional working height, reach, and load capacity, making it an ideal machine in construction, bridge maintenance, shipyards, petrochemical installations, and rental services.

High-End Utility Vehicles Redefining Performance and Durability

In its production site for high-end intelligent utility vehicles, XCMG has prepared 300 heavy-duty trucks for export to multiple coveted foreign markets. This shipment includes a variety of dump trucks and tractors powered by both traditional fuel systems and purely electric systems. Engineered to comply with local emission standards and withstand complex working conditions, these vehicles are lauded for their high performance, reliability, and safety.

Building the Future in the Middle East

Additionally, XCMG has shipped a comprehensive range of concrete machinery sets, including concrete pumps and mixers, to nations across the Middle East. These machines are set to play a crucial role in local municipal infrastructure projects, thereby fueling regional development. The concrete pumps are equipped with intelligent, automated functions and cutting-edge third-generation boom technology, enhancing reaction speed by 30% for increased construction efficiency. Meanwhile, the mixers employ advanced drum technology, ensuring superior safety and mixing performance.

As XCMG initiates this new year, its impressive product lineup and strategic global outreach demonstrate its role as a frontrunner in the heavy machinery sector, continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and sustainability in construction and mining.
