Announcement of Autumn 2023 Honors
On November 2, 2023, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism held a cabinet meeting to officially announce the recipients of the Autumn 2023 honors.
A total of
five individuals will receive the
Blue Ribbon Medal,
ninety-six individuals will be honored with the
Yellow Ribbon Medal, and
three individuals along with
eight organizations will be recognized with the
Green Ribbon Medal. The official announcement will take place on
November 3, 2023.
Details of the Ceremony
The honor recipients will be celebrated in a formal ceremony scheduled for
November 21, 2023, at
11:20 AM. The venue will be the
10th-floor conference room of the Ministry's headquarters, located at
2-1-3 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
Media Coverage Information
Members of the media wishing to cover the ceremony are permitted to capture photos during the event. However, it is essential for journalists to arrive at the venue by
11:05 AM. Entry will not be permitted once the ceremony begins to avoid disruptions.

2nd building (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) is not allowed, so please plan accordingly.
