Dive into the World of Compliance with Authense Law Office

Authense Law Office, located in Minato City, Tokyo, is proud to announce the launch of a new webinar series titled "What’s Compliance." Kicking off on July 9, 2025, this series aims to shed light on the pressing issues of compliance and crisis response in corporate settings. Integrating our brand slogan, "Focus on Emotions," we strive to not only provide legal solutions but also to address the human aspect of legal challenges, ensuring that we consider the feelings and circumstances of our clients.

During the initial session, we will focus on individuals who find themselves grappling with the need to review compliance structures and respond to corporate scandals. To delve into this topic, we have two distinguished speakers: Attorney Mari Takahashi, a former prosecutor with extensive experience in corporate fraud cases, and Attorney Tsuyoshi Morinaka, a former judge who has handled numerous corporate litigation and scandal cases. They will share their insights on the "practical perspectives needed in tackling compliance failures."

The risk of corporate malfeasance or scandals poses a significant threat to business stability. Many organizations find themselves in situations where they sense something is amiss yet fail to act decisively. The initial decision-making phase often complicates matters, leading to an escalation of the issue. This webinar aims to equip attendees with the critical skills necessary for proactive and effective crisis management.
