Exgen Networks Enhances Zero Trust With Netskope Integration

Exgen Networks, headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has officially announced a strategic partnership with Netskope Japan to unite their platforms, Extic and Netskope One. Starting from March 9, 2026, this integration will streamline identity management while fortifying security across cloud applications under a zero-trust model.

The integration allows real-time synchronization of user attributes and group data from Extic to the Netskope One platform. This synchronization ensures the accuracy and currency of identity data across systems. Organizations can thereby enhance their zero-trust access controls, gain advanced visibility into cloud application usage, and automate threat mitigation. As cloud environments evolve and security demands increase, merging identity management with network security will pave the way for more robust security operations.

Overview of the Extic and Netskope One Integration

As remote work gains traction and cloud adoption accelerates, firms are pressed to manage who accesses what applications, from where, and under which circumstances. Frequently, identity management and network/application security operate as separate entities, leading to delays and inconsistencies in security environments due to lagging updates of user information and roles.

Extic centralizes ID lifecycle management, accommodating changes from hiring, transfers, and departures. The new provisioning feature enables seamless and automatic alignment of identity with security policies, addressing these issues at their core.

Attributes such as names, email addresses, job titles, and organizational affiliations will automatically sync from Extic to Netskope One via its management API. Identity-based security policies will remain accurate and up-to-date.

The latest ID information from Extic will integrate with Netskope One’s cloud visibility, access controls, and DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies. This enables organizations to automatically apply detailed role-based controls tailored by department, function, and authority.

3. Reduced Operational Burden in ID and Access Management:
All operations related to ID lifecycle—additions, modifications, deletions—will be managed exclusively via the Extic console, thereby minimizing redundant configurations. This significantly mitigates risks of policy inconsistencies and delays in updates, especially in large organizations with frequent HR changes.
