Scheduled for March 20th and 21st, the festival promises a variety of engaging activities that highlight the park's natural beauty and community spirit.

The event will feature collaborations with the Uminomori Children’s Rangers, local volunteers, and partner companies, ensuring that families can enjoy many memorable moments. The park will extend its operating hours from the usual 5 PM to 7 PM, allowing visitors to relish the evening festivities, including unique stalls and a lantern-painting experience.

Festival Highlights

The Spring Uminomori Park Festival will showcase a range of hands-on experiences:

• - Craft Experiences: Participants can engage in craft-making using trimmed wood and seeds collected from the park itself, enriching their connection to nature.
• - Night Market: Enjoy the vibrancy of a traditional night market, filled with games and food stalls.
• - Lantern Painting: From 10 AM to 7 PM, attendees can express their creativity by painting lanterns.
• - Petting Zoo: Open from 10 AM to 5 PM, visitors can interact with friendly animals.

2. Free Shuttle Bus: Rinkai Line offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from Tokyo Teleport Station and Shin-Kiba Station.
3. By Car: Parking is available at the park (fees may apply).
4. Water Shuttle: A free ferry service runs from Ariake Passenger Terminal during the event (one trip daily, only for the duration of the festival). Reservations are required in advance, available through the park's website.
