Jessica Heger Michalak - Senior Vice President of Operations
Jessica Michalak brings a wealth of experience to her new role, previously leading the operations for OneSpaWorld's Maritime division, which oversees health and wellness centers on cruise ships and at top travel destinations worldwide. Her impressive two-decade career with OneSpaWorld encompassed numerous leadership positions where she was instrumental in brand development, sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and improving consumer experiences.
After her tenure at OneSpaWorld, Michalak transitioned into consultancy, focusing on wellness brands and clients. Her educational background includes studies at Wellington Polytechnic in New Zealand, which is now part of Massey University.
Stefanie Chenok - Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Joining the executive team, Stefanie Chenok previously served as the West Coast Vice President of Operations for 24 Hour Fitness. In her role at 24 Hour Fitness, she successfully managed HR processes for 300 clubs across 11 states, implementing team development initiatives and leading organizational restructuring. Before that, she held senior HR positions at prominent companies such as Banana Republic and Target Corporation, honing her skills in employee training and development.
Chenok holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma City University, along with certifications in personal and nutritional training, ensuring she brings a well-rounded approach to human resources.
John Toman - Vice President of Information Technology
John Toman has an impressive technology background, having led the tech function at Edlio, a leading software provider for the educational sector. His previous ventures include co-founding Acelo Solutions and Online School Management Systems, complemented by engineering roles at industry giants like Adobe. Toman's extensive education includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a Master's degree in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University. He also possesses advanced certifications in project management and various Microsoft technologies.
