A Unique Photo Experience in Kyoto with 'Ao no Miburo'
The popular self-photo brand,
Photomatic, managed by
Pichive, is set to launch its first collaboration with the anime phenomenon
'Ao no Miburo' starting from August 27, 2025. For a limited period until September 28, 2025, a specially designed photo booth will be located at the
Nidec Kyoto Tower, allowing fans to capture memories with their favorite characters from the series. This initiative marks a significant expansion for Photomatic as it ventures into Kyoto, offering an immersive experience for both anime lovers and photography enthusiasts.
Details of the Event
Visitors can expect to find a total of
ten unique collaboration frames featuring various popular characters from 'Ao no Miburo'. Among these, there will be a
4-cut frame perfect for taking a series of fun shots with friends, and a smaller
3-cut frame designed with cute mini-characters. Each session costs
1,000 yen, including the print and digital file, and is payable via credit card or barcode payment methods.
In addition to the Kyoto Tower event, an opportunity to further engage with the 'Ao no Miburo' universe will arise during the
Kyoto International Manga and Anime Fair 2025, where another Photomatic booth will feature exclusive full-body shots with newly designed collaboration frames. This will occur on
September 20 and 21, 2025, offering a memorable photo experience with unique frames that are only available at the fair. Each photo session at this event will cost
1,200 yen.
