LENSAhub's Major Update 2.1.0 Enhances Web Operations and Production Efficiency

In an era where digital transformation is crucial for corporate communication, Infonet Co., Ltd., headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, has announced a significant upgrade for its next-generation no-code CMS, LENSAhub. The release of version 2.1.0 introduces a host of new features aimed at empowering companies in their web corporate communication efforts.

Overview of the Update

This major update focuses on enhancing functionalities that support efficient site operations, thereby creating an environment conducive to seamless communication and marketing activities. Notable improvements include custom form notifications, bulk processing capabilities, and a more robust file manager. The goal is to streamline the use of LENSAhub in managing web content and facilitating user interactions.

New Features on LENSAhub

1. Expanded Functionality for Forms
The update introduces several enhancements to custom form blocks:
- Multiple Recipient Selection: Users can now specify multiple recipients for notifications based on selected radio buttons within the contact fields. This allows for effective routing of inquiries to the appropriate administrators, depending on the content of the user’s submission.
- Document Download Capability: LENSAhub enables the incorporation of downloadable material on the submission confirmation page. This document will only be accessible to users who have submitted a form, effectively controlling access to valuable resources such as white papers, product brochures, or seminar materials.
- Notification Email Improvements: Both senders and administrators will see enhancements in the notification email features. For senders, a thank-you email can now selectively display chosen answers rather than all provided information, enhancing security and privacy. Similarly, administrators can customize their notification emails to include specific responses only.

2. File Manager Functionality Expansion
A new folder-level publishing feature has been added to the file manager. This allows for scalable management of file uploads and sharing, particularly beneficial for creating landing pages (LPs) using static HTML.

3. Bulk Processing Functions
The update introduces two bulk processing options available to site administrators:
- Bulk Publish/Unpublish Pages: Administrators can now select multiple pages and publish or unpublish them collectively—streamlining large-scale page management.
- Bulk Registration Using CSV: Owners can import a dedicated CSV file to register new pages or update existing ones in bulk. This significantly improves efficiency when dealing with extensive site updates.

4. Language Settings
A default language setting for the entire site has been introduced, affecting both the HTML lang attribute and reCAPTCHA settings. This will facilitate a more consistent user experience in multilingual environments.

Minor Improvements

The update also includes minor enhancements, such as selecting icon placement in text settings, to further improve user experience and ease of use.

Upcoming Releases

Looking ahead, Infonet plans to expand the reach of the designer account aimed at production partners, with availability projected for December. This move will enable more tailored design capabilities for those using LENSAhub.
