Atlas Technica Elevates Leadership with New Executive Appointments

Leadership Changes at Atlas Technica

On April 8, 2025, Atlas Technica, a prominent Managed Services Provider (MSP) catering to the technological demands of alternative investment sectors, revealed crucial appointments within its leadership structure. Two talented individuals from within the organization have taken on elevated roles that are essential for the company’s future growth and service excellence.

Effective from last month, Alex Beher has been appointed as the Chief Customer Officer, while Adam Menkes steps into the role of Chief Revenue Officer. These changes are part of Atlas Technica’s broader strategy to strengthen its IT service offerings specifically targeting the hedge fund, private equity, real estate, and family office domains.

Alex Beher: Leading Customer Experience

Alex Beher has been a vital part of the Atlas Technica team since 2021. His contribution to the firm has been instrumental in driving success across various operations. Previously, he held the position of Global Head of Service, where he played a crucial role in fortifying the service delivery framework. In his new capacity as Chief Customer Officer, Alex will oversee the expanded service delivery organization, which now encompasses Support, Professional Services—including Sales Engineering—as well as Managed Services. This includes supervision over the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Services teams.

Additionally, he leads a newly instituted Service Excellence team dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, illustrating Atlas Technica’s commitment to maintaining a service-oriented approach. Alex's background boasts over 16 years in the managed service provider landscape, with specialized expertise within the alternative investment sector. Before joining Atlas Technica, he held senior leadership roles at the well-known Eze Castle Integration.

Adam Menkes: Driving Revenue Growth

Adam Menkes, who joined Atlas Technica in 2023, has previously held the role of Global Head of Business Development. In his new responsibility as Chief Revenue Officer, Adam will spearhead sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives. His aim is to provide valuable insights into how leveraging top-tier public cloud technology can amplify service delivery—a pivotal strategy that aligns with client needs in today’s dynamic market.

Menkes possesses extensive leadership experience, accumulated over a 25-year career with prominent firms such as Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley. His deep understanding of the alternative asset management ecosystem positions him well to foster growth and enhance client engagement through innovative solutions.

Commitment to Excellence

Serge Bukhar, the CEO of Atlas Technica, expressed immense optimism regarding these promotions. He stated, "We are extremely pleased to promote Adam and Alex into these critical roles as we work towards our objectives of becoming a top-tier managed service provider. Their proven track records and industry insights will be instrumental as we advance our mission."
