2026 Japan All AWS Certifications Engineers

The 2026 Japan All AWS Certifications Engineers honors engineers who are affiliated with companies participating in the AWS Partner Network (APN) and hold all AWS certification credentials. This prestigious recognition acknowledges their proficiency and commitment to cloud technology. Among those recognized was Makoto Suzuki, a Senior Architect at Three Shake.

2026 Japan AWS Jr. Champions

In addition, the 2026 Japan AWS Jr. Champions award was established to promote young engineers affiliated with the APN. This unique initiative aims to foster community among emerging talent in the AWS ecosystem. Nobu Ota, another member of the Three Shake team, received this commendation, showcasing the company's strength in nurturing the next generation of cloud professionals.

Meet the Honored Engineers

Makoto Suzuki - Senior Architect

Makoto Suzuki began his career developing social applications and managing the infrastructure for electronic contract services. He joined Three Shake in May 2022, where he is responsible for designing, building, and supporting cloud infrastructure, with a focus on modernization and internal empowerment. Utilizing his expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, and Terraform, Makoto is committed to improving and optimizing cloud infrastructures for clients.

"It is an honor to receive this recognition again this year. The certification is just a title; what matters more is the systematic learning process and how I can further utilize my skills and experiences to enhance our clients' infrastructures," said Suzuki regarding his achievement.

Nobu Ota - Full Stack Engineer

Nobu Ota joined Three Shake in January 2025 after working for a financial SIer. As a full stack engineer, he has been involved in backend design, development, and the construction and operation of AWS infrastructures, striving to support internal application development. With a keen interest in AWS and microservices, Nobu actively participates in community activities like JAWS-UG.

"I feel greatly honored to be selected as a Japan AWS Jr. Champion. I am deeply grateful to all the engineers inside and outside of our company who provide me with immense knowledge and inspiration. I view this selection as a new starting point to deepen my understanding of AWS and to actively share insights while contributing to our work and the AWS community," Ota remarked on his recognition.
