In a landmark decision, over 35 employees at Heartland Coca-Cola in St. Louis have ratified a new contract with an impressive 90% approval rate. The workers, represented by Teamsters Local 688, are celebrating a range of substantial benefits under this new agreement, which has been hailed as a significant victory for labor rights.

The contract, spanning five years, introduces an 18% wage increase, reduces health care costs, and safeguards retiree health benefits.
