Randstad's First Appearance at Osaka Rainbow Festa!


On October 11 and 12, 2025, Randstad, a comprehensive human resource service provider headquartered in Tokyo, will make its debut at the Osaka Rainbow Festa! This festival will take place at the Ogimachi Park in Osaka’s Kita Ward. To promote the theme of diversity, participants who follow Randstad's official social media accounts (X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) will receive a colorful rainbow neck strap, symbolizing inclusivity. Additionally, on October 11, Randstad will host a mini talk session themed around LGBTQ+ inclusion, featuring speakers from various backgrounds. The session will also be broadcast as a podcast, allowing for a broader audience to engage in this vital conversation.

Promoting Understanding of LGBTQ+ in the Workplace


The mini talk session on October 11 aims to enhance societal understanding of LGBTQ+ individuals and strive toward an inclusive workplace where everyone can shine authentically. Yusuke Nishino, Talent Management Department head and a native of Osaka, will serve as the moderator. Expert guest speakers will share their experiences and challenges, adding valuable perspectives on how diverse backgrounds can coexist in the workplace.

October 11
  • - 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM: Guest speaker from Kansai University’s student organization, Your Voice Lounge, Tottcho, will discuss “Work with Pride – What Students Seek in Diversity from Companies.” This segment will provide insights from students on their expectations and anxieties regarding current hiring processes and workplace environments.
  • - 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM: Guest speaker DAIKI, Mr. Gay Japan 2023, will share his experience and thoughts on “Choosing to Work as One's True Self,” addressing positive changes and remaining challenges within the workplace.
  • - 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM: Guest speaker Tomohiko Nagano from the certified NPO Rainbow Diversity will speak on “The Current and Future State of LGBTQ+ in Japanese Workplaces,” based on his knowledge gained from extensive experience and advocacy work, including at the Pride Center in Osaka.
