• - Shingo Ichijima: Engineering Manager

Joined Kauche as a backend engineer in February 2023, and after experiencing a business pivot, he became the engineering manager for the backend team in April 2024. His responsibilities include establishing AI-enhanced development systems, improving development processes, monitoring and reducing infrastructure costs, and fostering talent.

ZOZO Inc.

• - Ryosuke Horie: Tech Lead of the CTO Block

Horie entered the former ZOZO Technologies in April 2018. After organizational restructuring, he transferred to his current position. He contributes to the development of ZOZOTOWN and WEAR by ZOZO and supports various internal products, aids in problem-solving across departments, and manages technical public relations.

• - Hiroki Yamaki: Engineering Manager

Yamaki transitioned to a software engineer after being responsible for HR business. He worked on developing e-commerce site and order management systems at an e-commerce startup. At For Startups, he served as a lead engineer and Scrum Master, and since October 2024, he has been managing the development organization while focusing on improving Developer Experience from business and development perspectives.
