Meet the Presenters


  • - Ikue Enomoto, Marketing Division, Kizuki: With experience in HR and recruitment in both large corporations and IT startups, Ikue brings valuable insights. Having faced personal challenges related to mental health, she offers a unique perspective on the importance of meaningful work. Ikue joined Kizuki in 2022 and is directly involved in hiring educators and support staff.
  • - Masaaki Yoshida, Public-Private Partnership Division, Kizuki: After acquiring qualifications as a childcare worker following his tenure in a legal startup, Masaaki became a classroom leader to support child development. He joined Kizuki in April 2025 and is currently working in various areas, including Yokohama.
