Michelle Fermin Inducted into Century 21 International Hall of Fame for Real Estate Excellence

Celebrating Michelle Fermin: A Beacon of Excellence in Real Estate

At the recent Top Agent Retreat held in Anaheim, California, Century 21 Real Estate LLC proudly announced the induction of Massachusetts Realtor Michelle Fermin into the prestigious Century 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame. This recognition is awarded to elite professionals within the CENTURY 21 system who not only excel in sales but also demonstrate exceptional dedication to mentorship and community service.

Michelle’s journey in real estate reflects her entrepreneurial spirit. At the young age of 16, she launched her first business. By 21, she had successfully built and sold multiple enterprises before transitioning into the real estate sector. Her impressive trajectory has led her to become a leader, steering the Fermin Group of CENTURY 21 North East—a prominent firm in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

For almost two decades, Michelle has been affiliated with the CENTURY 21 brand, where she has consistently achieved remarkable results, including leading her team to a GRAND CENTURION® level of production since 2017. Recognized by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals as the #5 Top Latino Team in 2024, her contributions to the industry have received accolades both locally and nationally.

As Michael Miedler, President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC, noted, Michelle’s work extends far beyond individual achievement. Her commitment to fostering growth among fellow realtors and giving back to her community sets her apart. This includes initiatives aimed at mentoring young individuals interested in pursuing careers in real estate. Through partnerships with local schools, she has engaged in after-school programs, educating students about opportunities in the real estate profession.

Moreover, Michelle has pioneered outreach efforts such as We Women United, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women in business. In addition, she supports young women overcoming domestic challenges by collaborating with the local Uncommon Threads Boutique, which helps provide professional attire to assist them in re-entering the workforce.

In a heartfelt tribute, CENTURY 21 North East broker owner Jim D'Amico expressed his admiration for Michelle's impact on the community and the real estate landscape. He highlighted their journey together over the past twelve years, during which both Michelle's team and their company experienced tremendous growth. D'Amico firmly believes there is no one more deserving of this accolade given her profound influence on those around her.

In response to personal tragedy, Michelle has also shown resilience and dedication by establishing the Andres Castañeda Real Estate Scholarship (ACRES) in honor of a teammate who passed away unexpectedly. This scholarship is designed to aid aspiring real estate agents in achieving their dreams and propelling their careers.

Michelle Fermin’s induction into the Century 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame is not just a recognition of her stellar sales figures but a celebration of her relentless spirit of service, empowerment, and excellence within the real estate community. Her story is one of inspiration, demonstrating how dedication to one’s craft can serve as a powerful catalyst for change and growth, not just for oneself, but for countless others touched by her journey.
