ActivTrak Celebrates Success on the Inc. 5000 for Seven Years
In a remarkable achievement, ActivTrak, a prominent name in work observability and intelligence, announced its placement at No. 3027 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, marking the seventh consecutive year it has earned this recognition. This achievement underscores the company's continuous growth trajectory as businesses increasingly seek to enhance visibility and understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping work environments.
Record-Breaking Growth
With a recorded three-year revenue increase of 101%, ActivTrak's focus on delivering comprehensive insights into productivity and workforce dynamics is resonating well in today's fast-paced business landscape. This particular ranking highlights ActivTrak's position not only as a leader in its field but also as a significant player among software companies, placing 232nd in that category. Furthermore, in the Austin area, it ranks 100th overall and stands out as 5th among software companies within the city.
As more organizations turn to AI solutions, the demand for tools that provide clarity regarding its impact has escalated. Unfortunately, many organizations still lack the necessary insights into how AI affects their operations. This is where ActivTrak comes in, providing a robust work intelligence platform that translates behavioral data from users, AI, and various applications into actionable insights. This capability allows leaders to make data-driven decisions that can enhance productivity, workforce capacity, and overall business performance.
Emphasizing AI Accountability
Heidi Farris, the CEO of ActivTrak, emphasizes the growing need for accountability in AI implementations. “With billions invested in AI now at play, organizations are feeling the heat to demonstrate that these technologies are indeed creating value. This calls for deeper levels of insight,” she noted. Understanding the interplay between AI contributions and human input is crucial for continuous optimization, and ActivTrak's platform meets this need effectively.
The current iteration of the Inc. 5000 highlights firms redefining growth amidst changing economic conditions. This year, the list showcases an array of sectors, including AI, advanced manufacturing, and healthcare. The median growth rate of 130% among those recognized reflects the dynamic nature of these enterprises, which have collectively created over 627,208 jobs in the U.S. economy in the last three years.
Celebrating Business Resilience
The editor-in-chief of Inc., Mike Hofman, remarked, “Every company on the Inc. 5000 embodies endurance, strategic decision-making, and an unwavering pursuit of progress. Their growth speaks not only to impressive financial figures but also to the creativity and resilience necessary to build impactful businesses.”
To commemorate this achievement, the Inc. will host the 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala from October 14–16 in Dallas, Texas. The top 500 companies will also be featured in the Fall issue of Inc. Magazine, which creates great excitement around the recognition of these businesses.
