Harper as the president of its Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Georgia. Corwin N. Harper's Extensive Experience



Corwin N. Harper comes with a remarkable background, boasting 39 years in various leadership roles within the health sector, including 25 years dedicated to Kaiser Permanente. His previous accomplishments at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California highlight his versatility and competence in healthcare operations. Harper held multiple senior positions, such as Senior Vice President, Medical Group Administrator, and Area Manager, where he made significant contributions to the organization’s overall mission.

In his most recent role, Harper acted as CEO for Ochsner LSU Health North Louisiana, where he was instrumental in managing an integrated academic health system comprising three acute care hospitals, a behavioral health facility, and 20 clinics. This experience is expected to empower him as he steers the direction of Kaiser’s Georgia operations, catering to various community health needs.

Brandon Cuevas, the Executive Vice President of National Health Plan for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, expressed enthusiasm about welcoming Harper back to Kaiser Permanente, stating, "His deep knowledge of our integrated care model and health plan operations will be crucial in advancing Georgia's strategic and operational performance."

Harper's educational credentials include a Master’s in Health Care Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The Citadel—further underpinning his capability to lead in the complex health care landscape.
