Harper held multiple senior positions, such as Senior Vice President, Medical Group Administrator, and Area Manager, where he made significant contributions to the organization’s overall mission.

In his most recent role, Harper acted as CEO for Ochsner LSU Health North Louisiana, where he was instrumental in managing an integrated academic health system comprising three acute care hospitals, a behavioral health facility, and 20 clinics.
