U24 Ambassador Business EQ Camp Day 3 Overview
The third day of the U24 Ambassador Business EQ Camp, held from July 20th to July 23rd, 2026, at Silk Friendly in Yamanashi Prefecture, focused on deepening participants' understanding of moral contributions and fostering a mindset to unleash their full potential. With the support of Imajina Inc., the event has already made significant impacts on the young participants.
Workshop: Understanding Moral Contribution
At the beginning of the day, participants engaged in a workshop centered around the theme of 'moral contribution.' Building on the insights from the previous days, they learned that acquiring moral contribution involves understanding the kindness and opportunities provided to them by others. The practical workshop included a role-playing exercise where they simulated discussions with supervisors to reflect on the support and chances they had been granted. This technique aimed to cultivate a deep sense of gratitude among the young leaders.
Workshop: The Importance of 100% Personal Effort
Another critical workshop tackled the unconscious fears that prevent individuals from giving their all. Many participants hold back, fearing that if they give full effort and still fail, it may prove their limitations. In this session, they explored these psychological barriers and learned that pushing beyond self-imposed limits and embracing failure as part of the learning process is crucial for growth.
Personalized Feedback and Understanding Through Assessment
An integral part of the day was dedicated to reflecting on the results from the Cambridge-style psychological and behavioral assessment that participants took the previous day. Each individual received detailed feedback, enhancing their understanding of personal strengths and areas for improvement. This process included one-on-one meetings with Imajina employees, where they discussed their assessment results and received advice tailored for future growth. Through objective data and collaborative dialogue, participants engaged in profound self-reflection aimed at transforming their behavior.
Preparation for Presentation to Yamanashi Governor
The culmination of the three-day intensive training was preparation for a presentation to the Governor of Yamanashi Prefecture, Koutarou Nagasaki. Participants practiced their presentations collectively and shared insights unique to their cohort, making sure to refine their delivery and expressions based on feedback. This collaborative environment allowed them to strengthen one another’s presentations and prepare effectively for the final day.
Looking Ahead to Day 4
As the camp approaches its conclusion, it remains to be seen how the young leaders will showcase their growth on the final day. Participants will present their collective learning and accomplishments from the past three days directly to Governor Nagasaki, culminating in a certificate awarding ceremony, promising an inspiring finish to this enriching experience.
