Final Application Call for Startup Lithuania Accelerator to Boost Tech Startups

Calling All Tech Startups: Final Application Round

The Startup Lithuania Accelerator, in collaboration with Plug and Play, has officially kicked off its fifth and last call for applications aimed at technology startups. This initiative is designed to empower early-stage tech enterprises eager to grow in Lithuania, providing them with critical resources such as mentorship, tools, and access to a broad global network. Applications for this edition are open now and will close on July 4, 2025.

Having already propelled over 40 startups through four preceding batches—with 18 securing funding and sending 12 companies to Silicon Valley via the Plug and Play Global Overseas Acceleration Learning (GOAL)—the upcoming iteration marks a crucial moment for emerging businesses looking to make their mark on the international stage.

"This final call for applications represents a significant milestone for the Lithuanian startup ecosystem," states Povilas Žinys, the Director of Plug and Play Lithuania. He emphasizes the exciting opportunities awaiting new startups, offering them the chance to connect with industry experts, acquire essential knowledge, and access funding avenues to foster their growth.

The structure of Batch 5 will mirror that of previous cohorts, ensuring selected startups receive invaluable mentorship from industry veterans, pitch development sessions, and opportunities to interact directly with the Plug and Play team. Participants will also showcase their innovations at the program's Expo event, presenting directly to potential investors and corporate partners. Additionally, they will be considered for the GOAL program, providing even greater exposure in Silicon Valley.

To assist prospective participants with the application process, Plug and Play will host an online information session on June 10, 2025. This session will delve into the program's various benefits, selection criteria, and crucial dates to help candidates prepare well for their submissions.

After the application deadline, Plug and Play will carefully review all entries, presenting the most promising candidates to the Investment Committee for final selection. Those chosen will be invited to the Launch Event on September 18, 2025, in Vilnius, Lithuania, where the program will officially commence.

The Startup Lithuania Accelerator has played a pivotal role in enhancing the local startup ecosystem by equipping founders with the necessary tools for attracting investment, connecting them with international partners, and facilitating the scaling of their businesses. For example, Kloosive, an esteemed graduate of the program, successfully secured funding from Plug and Play after completion.

Viktorija Ramanauskaitė, CEO of Kloosive, reflects on the transformative experience: "The connections we formed and the support we received from the community were truly game-changers for us."

Batch 4 has already demonstrated impressive progress, bringing together 15 innovative startups such as:
  • - AgroSync

As the journey of assistance and innovation unfolds, Karolina Urbonaitė, Startup Ecosystem Lead at Startup Lithuania, says, "Time flies when the journey is this impactful. We hardly believe that we are already inviting startups to apply for this final cohort in Lithuania. It's been an incredible ride, and the results validate the importance of Plug and Play as a valuable international partner for Lithuania's tech scene. We strongly encourage ambitious founders to seize this final opportunity to learn from global experts, connect with a worldwide network, and elevate their visibility on the international stage."
