Subaru of America Reports September 2025 Sales With New Model Excitement

Subaru of America Sales Update for September 2025

Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) has recently released its vehicle sales figures for September 2025, reporting a total of 46,007 vehicles sold. This figure marks a 2.1% decrease compared to the previous year’s sales, bringing the total for the year-to-date (YTD) to 483,037 vehicles. Despite the overall drop, the October numbers emphasize the ongoing popularity of specific models, particularly the Crosstrek, which has retained its position as the top-selling vehicle for the fifth consecutive month.

In September, 14,321 Crosstreks found new homes, keeping it ahead of the pack. Following the Crosstrek was the Outback, with 12,406 units sold, and the Forester at 10,954 units sold. Jeff Walters, President and COO of Subaru of America, expressed gratitude towards their dedicated retailers for their community involvement, which has been fundamental in setting Subaru apart in the automotive landscape.

Troy Poston, Senior Vice President of Sales, noted the customer affection for the Crosstrek, mentioning that there's growing anticipation for new releases, including the coming 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid, the redesigned 2026 Solterra EV, and the 2026 Forester Wilderness. He encouraged customers to explore the wide array of vehicles soon to be available, ensuring there’s a perfect match for everyone's needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality, value, and performance.
