EverSmith Brands Launches EverHUB as a Game Changer for Franchise Development
EverSmith Brands Launches EverHUB
EverSmith Brands, a burgeoning name in the realm of commercial facility services, has announced the opening of EverHUB, an expansive 12,000-square-foot training facility located in Milford, Ohio. This modern center is designed to accelerate the growth and support of franchisees across several commercial facility services brands, including 1-Tom-Plumber, Clintar, Kitchen Guard, MilliCare, Prism Specialties, The Seals, and U.S. Lawns. Scheduled for launch on October 22, 2026, the facility embodies EverSmith's commitment to enhancing franchisee support through hands-on training and advanced technology.
The EverHUB represents a significant step forward in the franchise platform's strategy, aiming to increase its reach from approximately 800 territories to more than 1,200 within three years. CEO Justin Ghadery emphasized the importance of strong support systems for franchise owners, stating, "Franchisees choose a platform for the support behind them. EverHUB gives owners across all seven brands access to hands-on training, our Home Office teams, and each other. As we grow beyond 1,200 territories, every new owner will start here."
State-of-the-Art Training and Support
At EverHUB, franchisees will find brand-specific training stations equipped to simulate real-world commercial environments. This enables team members to practice essential service procedures in a safe and structured setting before applying those skills directly at customer sites. The facility includes a variety of training resources such as a partner-contributed walk-in refrigerator for practical learning experiences.
The center will also feature an 80-person event room, catering to a range of activities from onboarding sessions to business strategy meetings. Alongside training spaces, EverHUB houses a podcast studio and a recreation area aimed at fostering collaboration and community among franchise owners.
Brian Marra, the owner of 1-Tom-Plumber Pittsburgh and the brand's Franchisee of the Year for 2026, expressed enthusiasm about the potential for enhanced training and collaboration.
