Developed in partnership with X1 Developments and Vermont Construction, Lighthaus is an integral component of the expansive Liverpool Waters master plan, valued at £5 billion. This major urban regeneration initiative aims to create 9,000 new homes along with substantial commercial and leisure spaces, solidifying Liverpool's role as a key growth hub in the North.
