As the summer season draws to a close, there's no better way to wrap it up than by diving into a hands-on experience that merges fun with learning! On August 30, 2025, RED MAKER Co., Ltd., in collaboration with ozora, invites kids to join the "Summer Drone Assembly Workshop" at the exciting RED° TOKYO TOWER in Minato, Tokyo. This event is designed as part of the Web3 project "REDX," aiming to blend innovative technology with educational experiences.

An Unforgettable Experience

The workshop offers a rare opportunity for children to physically assemble and fly their own drone. This interactive event is not just about play; it equips participants with knowledge about the mechanisms of drones, the latest technological advancements, and sharpens their creativity, concentration, and sense of achievement. Plus, children will have the chance to utilize the simulator "GlobeXplorePro," which allows them to experience aerial shots above Tokyo from the comfort of the ground. Participants will also be able to take their assembled drones home as a practical keepsake from their summer break.

On the event day, even beginners will feel comfortable as our experienced instructors will provide clear and approachable guidance. Each workshop ticket includes entry to the RED° TOKYO TOWER, allowing families to enjoy the amusement space before and after the workshop, ensuring a well-rounded day of education and entertainment.

Workshop Details

Event Name: Summer Drone Assembly Workshop - Create and Fly at RED° TOKYO TOWER for a Special Research Project
Date: August 30, 2025 (Saturday)
Time: Choose from:

• - Morning Session: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• - Afternoon Session: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Both sessions will cover the same content and include a break.
Location: RED° TOKYO TOWER 5F, “RED° ARENA”, 4 Chome-2-8 Shibakoen, Minato City, Tokyo
Capacity: 10 participants per session (20 total)
Fees:

• - General Admission to Workshop: Includes same-day entry to RED° TOKYO TOWER (Adult: ¥4,700, High School: ¥3,900, Junior High/Elementary: ¥2,500)

- Drone Assembly Only: ¥7,980 (tax included)
- Drone Assembly + Take Home: ¥12,980 (tax included)
Prior registration is required.
Participants can enjoy drone assembly and operation with both pricing options, and those selecting the ¥12,980 plan can take home their assembled drone.

We warmly welcome adult participants! Parents wishing to take part can select one of the plans mentioned above. As a special offer, accompanying adults can enter RED° TOKYO TOWER at a discounted fee of ¥4,000. Family members can also enjoy the attractions together.

Registration Deadline: August 23, 2025 (one week prior to the event)
Spaces are limited, and registration is required in advance. The workshop may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met. We will contact participants via the email used during registration.

• - Experience virtual drone flying using the “GlobeXplorePro” simulator, which allows users to operate a drone in a generated virtual space with real-life map data.

Meet Our Instructors

Instructor 1: Gen Takahashi
Founder and drone pilot at ozora, he began his journey with drones in 2019 and has been instrumental in introducing international drones to the Japanese market. He merged his passion for cinematic drone operation into his current educational and development projects.

Instructor 2: Ryousuke Takenaka
A self-taught filmmaker, he has been creating content since childhood and now studies social psychology and information education at Keio University, while engaging in drone and educational activities nationwide.
