Mendocino Farms, a beloved fast-casual restaurant widely recognized for its innovative and creative flavor profiles, is set to launch an enticing summer menu titled "Adventure Tastes Like This" on June 2, 2026. This launch comes at an exciting time for the brand as it approaches the grand opening of its milestone 100th location in Santa Barbara, California.
The new menu is designed by Executive Chef Jeremy Bringardner, who draws inspiration from the adventurous spirit associated with summer road trips and outdoor dining experiences. Guests can expect a delightful array of three new dishes that embrace seasonal ingredients and evoke warmth and nostalgia, perfect for summer. The offerings highlight Mendocino Farms' commitment to utilizing fresh produce, bold flavors, and innovative culinary twists on classic favorites.
Among the standout items is the
Heirloom BLT, which reimagines the traditional sandwich with heirloom tomatoes, crispy applewood smoked bacon, habanero honey, creamy mayo, peppery arugula, all nestled between slices of toasted sourdough. This savory creation strikes a balance between smoky, sweet, and spicy—transforming a long-time customer favorite into a summer must-try.

Tuscan Pesto Salad, inspired by the vibrant flavors of Tuscany. It includes tender chicken, sweet-hot peppers, vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, seasoned chickpeas, and a mix of fresh greens topped with parmesan and herb krispies, all drizzled with basil-dijon vinaigrette. This dish beautifully merges healthful ingredients with robust Mediterranean flavors, making it a light yet satisfying choice.
Finally, guests can indulge in the
Seasonal GOAT with Summer Peach, a bright and refreshing salad that updates one of the restaurant’s signature creations. This gluten-free dish features house-marinated goat cheese, honey-roasted almonds, succulent peaches, shaved fennel, pickled red onions, fresh mint, and a farmhouse vinaigrette drizzled with hot citrus honey, creating a harmonious blend of creamy, sweet, savory, and zesty flavors.
