On July 7, 2025, Tamaplaza Terrace, a community-focused commercial facility operated by Tokyu Malls Development, will launch its new mobile ordering service called 'Tamameshi.' This initiative aims to highlight the culinary offerings of the Tamaplaza region and foster community development centered around food.

As Tamaplaza Terrace celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, it reaffirms its commitment to being a vital part of the local community by providing a welcoming environment for residents. The management theme, 'Together, We Shine,' underscores the facility's goal of weaving together the history of Tamaplaza with its future endeavors.

The 'Tamameshi.' mobile ordering service will allow customers to easily order food from participating restaurants using their smartphones or other mobile devices. Users will have the option to place takeout orders before arriving or to order directly from their table without needing to call on staff when dining in. A unique 'buy-around' feature will enable customers to consolidate multiple orders from different establishments, enhancing the overall dining experience. Patrons will have access to a comprehensive platform that provides information about eateries not only within Tamaplaza Terrace but also throughout the Tamaplaza area, enabling easy comparisons and orders.

Moreover, to promote the restaurants involved, the 'Tamameshi.' website will showcase store highlights, menu details, and any unique offerings available, thus increasing visibility for local dining spots. This service is designed to alleviate challenges such as rising labor and operational costs faced by restaurants while increasing convenience for customers and promoting local business awareness. Initially, 16 establishments will participate, including six from within the terrace and ten others, such as Chinese Cuisine Kokuryu and Asian Bistro Dai Tamaplaza Main Branch, promising to evolve into a staple platform for those dining in the Tamaplaza area.

The introduction of 'Tamameshi.' is expected to strengthen connections between local residents and the restaurants in the Tamaplaza region, fostering a sense of community solidarity. Positioned conveniently next to the station, Tamaplaza Terrace aims to enhance local living by promoting the area's unique offerings.
