TKC Unveils 'Smartphone for Expenses' App



On April 18, 2023, TKC Corporation, headquartered in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, introduced its innovative app, 'Smartphone for Expenses.' This new application is designed to facilitate the management of receipts using smart devices. With just two quick taps, users can capture paper receipts and upload them as electronic data directly to TKC’s financial accounting system, FX2 Cloud.

This user-friendly solution enables busy business owners and sales representatives to instantly convert received receipts into digital formats while on the go, significantly reducing the hassle associated with expense reporting. Additionally, accounting personnel can utilize the built-in receipt storage functionality of FX2 Cloud to easily record entries based on the electronically stored receipts.

Currently available for iOS devices, the app for Android users is set to be released in July of this year.
