Among the highlights of the new menu is the Strawberry Mille-Feuille, a true spectacle for the senses. Layers of tender crepes, made with premium fermented butter and aromatic rye flour, are filled with luscious strawberries, creating five beautiful layers that captivate both the eyes and the palate. This premium item is available only during the vibrant strawberry season, ensuring you experience the height of freshness.

In a special collaboration at the Omotesando location, starting January 15, 2026, a limited edition creation featuring Saga's renowned Ichigo-san strawberries will make its debut, further enhancing the winter experience.

In addition to the strawberry delight, all stores will offer a Strawberry Milk Tea Mille-Feuille.
