Glance Launches Moments that Matter Contest



In a significant move to celebrate its 25th anniversary, Glance, a frontrunner in guided customer experience (CX) solutions, has introduced the "Moments that Matter Contest". This initiative invites customer-facing professionals to share impactful stories where genuine human connection shaped a customer's experience.

Running from September 16 to October 17, 2025, this contest aims to highlight the essential role empathy and human connections play in the ever-evolving landscape of customer service. Participants are encouraged to submit their narratives about instances where a simple act of kindness or an additional effort made a lasting impression on a customer.

He emphasized the transition from traditional customer support, which relied heavily on landline phones, to the current digital age where technology profoundly influences customer interactions. In a time dominated by AI, the core values of empathy and human-to-human interactions stand out more than ever.

The contest invites CX professionals aged 18 and over within the United States to submit stories with a limit of 250 words detailing memorable experiences that made a significant difference.

Contest Details:


  • - Submission Period: September 16 – October 17, 2025
  • - Eligibility: Open to CX professionals aged 18+ in the United States

  • - Prizes: Up to 25 winners will receive a $50 Visa gift card

Each entry will undergo evaluation by a panel consisting of Glance's leadership team, including CEO Tom Martin, CFO and COO Jacqueline Russ, and VP of Customer Success Jeremy Majchrzak. They will assess the submissions based on criteria such as authenticity, connection, clarity, and the overall impact on the customer’s experience. Winners will be notified by October 30, 2025, and prize distribution is set for November 15, 2025.
