Comcast Opens a Cutting-Edge Headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida

On August 14, 2025, Comcast celebrated the grand opening of its new Florida Region headquarters located in the vibrant city of West Palm Beach. This momentous occasion represents a significant investment of $5.9 million, reinforcing the company’s dedication not only to its employees but also to the local community.

The new headquarters spans an impressive 42,000 square feet, with 34,000 square feet being fully renovated to feature modern amenities designed to enhance creativity, innovation, and employee well-being. It will house over 200 employees, whose roles encompass various essential functions including field technicians, customer service, human resources, finance, and marketing.

Jeff Buzzelli, Regional Senior Vice President of Comcast Florida, expressed pride in the company’s ongoing commitment to the region. Features of the Headquarters

Among the standout features of the new headquarters are ergonomic workspaces and alternative meeting areas, such as huddle rooms and booths, along with an outdoor patio that promotes a healthy work-life balance. One innovative aspect of the renovations includes a technician drive-through, a unique feature in the region that allows Xfinity and Comcast Business technicians to reload equipment promptly into their vehicles, improving operational efficiency and service delivery.

The opening celebration included local officials and non-profit organizations, with August 13 being officially declared “Comcast Day” by the City of West Palm Beach and the entire month recognized as “Comcast Month” by Palm Beach County.

They assembled 300 hygiene kits for at-risk children and homeless youth in Palm Beach County, filled with essential items like toothbrushes, shampoo, and deodorant. This charitable initiative was made possible through Comcast's financial backing.
