NiTEO Products Partners with Pennzoil for Specialty Chemicals Manufacturing

This agreement empowers NiTEO to manufacture a variety of specialty chemicals under the esteemed Pennzoil® brand, which has been innovating since 1913.

The licensing arrangement, one of strategic significance, includes the production of diverse high-volume specialty chemical products such as brake fluids, power steering fluids, starting fluids, fuel additives, automotive cleaners, and degreasers. These products are aimed at all retail sectors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and quick lube channels, which are essential in the automotive market.
