Collaboration Between Times Mobility and At Home
Times Mobility Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo, and At Home Co., Ltd., located in Ota, Tokyo, have officially announced their partnership aimed at integrating car sharing station information. This initiative will allow users of At Home's real estate information service to view the locations of Times Mobility's car sharing service, "Times Car," directly on property detail pages of the At Home website. This collaboration seeks to enhance the convenience of home searching for Times Car members.
Background of the Partnership
In recent years, there has been a notable rise in the number of young individuals in urban areas utilizing car sharing services. Since its inception in 2009, Times Mobility's "Times Car" has focused on expanding the fleet and its service areas while continuously improving user convenience, achieving approximately 3.51 million members by the end of August 2025. A survey conducted by Park 24 Co., Ltd. revealed that over half of the respondents have experience with mobility-related sharing services, and among those who had never used such services, 51% indicated an interest in trying car sharing in the future.
Previously, individuals searching for a new residence had to separately research car sharing station locations while browsing real estate information websites. As the demand for car sharing services is expected to grow alongside the increase in Times Car members, this new system aims to seamlessly link home searching with Times Car usage.
Integrated Service Details
The integration enhances the "At Home" real estate information site by displaying car sharing station information directly on property detail pages. This new functionality allows users to check the proximity of car sharing stations while exploring properties, catering to diverse lifestyles, whether for commuting, shopping, or weekend outings.
This development represents a significant step towards creating more efficient home searching processes, aligning with current trends and the evolving needs of urban dwellers.
