Yamashita Honki Udon is dedicated to crafting authentic Sanuki udon made from carefully selected wheat, and produced on-site for optimal freshness and flavor. Our broth is masterfully prepared from a base of kombu and katsuobushi, paired with premium soy sauce, providing a traditional taste experience.
