Alcott Global Announces the 2025 Leaders in Supply Chain Awards

Alcott Global has officially launched the call for nominations for the 2025 Leaders in Supply Chain Awards. This annual event, set to take place virtually in September 2025, aims to recognize notable leaders within the global supply chain industry, showcasing their achievements and contributions over the past year.

Celebrating Leadership and Innovation

The awards were founded to acknowledge the dedication and impactful leadership shown by individuals who advance operational digitization, champion sustainability and decarbonization efforts, and cultivate inclusive work environments within their organizations. Radu Palamariu, CEO of Alcott Global, emphasized the importance of a collaborative platform for exchanging industry knowledge. He believes that this event will provide essential insights for professionals while honoring visionaries who drive innovation and excellence in supply chains.

How to Nominate

Supply chain professionals and executives are encouraged to nominate individuals who have made significant contributions to their organizations in the previous year. Nominations will be open until February 28, 2025. To qualify as a nominee for the Top 30 Supply Chain Leaders of 2025, individuals must have been in regional or global roles for at least 18 months and should oversee end-to-end supply chain functions in manufacturing companies with annual revenues exceeding USD 500 million.

After the nomination phase, eligible candidates will be invited to present detailed case studies that highlight their leadership philosophies, successes in digital transformation, and initiatives that drive environmental and social impacts, along with breakthroughs in diversity practices.

An esteemed panel of industry icons and thought leaders will then review the submitted case studies and performance metrics to help identify the top leaders of the year. Their evaluation will account for 75% of the total score, while more than 2,000 C-level executives will cast votes determining the remaining 25%. This dual-review process ensures fairness and comprehensively assesses each nominee’s impact within the industry and beyond their own company.

Previous Years and Future Expectations

In the last edition, the award received nominations from 302 Supply Chain Leaders representing 257 distinguished companies, marking a substantial increase from the 2023 edition. Anticipating even greater participation in 2025, Alcott Global is optimistic about the continued recognition of excellence in the supply chain sector.
