A recent simulation conducted by our company highlighted that, in a company with 30 employees, daily task progress checks between managers and their subordinates can lead to costs exceeding 1.19 million yen per month. For many small to medium enterprises, this represents a significant financial burden. We believe that adopting a team task management approach and enhancing task visibility can greatly alleviate these costs.

According to a survey conducted by Nulabo between October 6 and 10, 2023, the most common methods for task management involve individual tools such as email, calendar functions (31.2%), handwritten notes (30.6%), and business chat (14.3%). In contrast, specific tools designed for team task management, like Excel or dedicated task management tools, represent a considerably smaller share, at 25.2% and 11.7%, respectively.

Given this context, our company aims to promote the adoption of team task management as a foundational step for enhancing productivity in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Hence, the seminar will be aptly titled "Simple Project Management," focusing on overcoming the perpetual challenge of sustaining project management practices.
