The Mayor of Ansonia, David Cassetti, noted that the sale will be an essential component in revitalizing the city. He stated, "This sale allows the City to concentrate on its core functions such as public safety, education, and economic development while stabilizing sewer and tax rates for years to come."

Under the new ownership, customers can anticipate enhanced convenience in managing their bills. Aquarion will provide multiple options for payment, including online transactions, payments by phone, mail, or in-person at designated locations.
