Zoomlion Showcases Intelligent Hybrid Farming Innovations at AGRITECHNICA 2025

On November 12, 2025, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. made an impactful appearance at the AGRITECHNICA 2025 fair in Hannover, Germany, unveiling nine groundbreaking exhibits. These included essential agricultural machinery and accessories designed to enhance productivity and sustainability in the farming sector. The company highlighted its latest advancements in hybrid and intelligent agricultural technologies, reaffirming its commitment to innovation and sustainability in global agriculture.

Among the prominent displays were four machines featuring new hybrid drive systems: the DV3504, DQ2604, and DL1604 tractors, along with the hybrid combine Harvester H7-600E boasting a robust 480 horsepower. These machines, tailored for extensive and efficient farming operations, provide impressive performance, reduced operational costs, and increased operator comfort, ranging from 160 to 350 horsepower.

The flagship hybrid tractor, DV3504, comes equipped with Zoomlion's proprietary MIDD distributed intelligent electric drive. It showcases a towing capacity of 119 kN and a hydraulic output of 227 l/min, meeting the demands of large-scale farming while enhancing user experience through its soundproof cabin and air-suspended seat.

A live demonstration of the DV3504 tractor broadcasted from China captured the audience’s attention as it showcased its autonomous dragging capabilities. Powered by the Zpilot Pro system, the demonstration emphasized Zoomlion's capacity to optimize the entire farming process—from soil cultivation to planting, crop management, and harvesting. Attendees experienced a multifaceted view of the showcase, including drone aerial perspectives, front and rear camera footage from the tractor, display screens within the cabin, and visuals from a cloud-based control platform. This unique presentation allowed visitors to see the tractor autonomously create optimal travel paths and perform various maneuvers, including X-turns, utilizing multiple sensors and a highly precise positioning system to maintain centimeter-level accuracy.

The H7-600E hybrid combine harvester also intrigued attendees with its remarkable operational output, which boasts a 20% increase in efficiency, over a 30% reduction in operator workload, 70% fewer transmission components, more than 50% increased reliability, and a 30% decrease in energy consumption. As the world's first intelligent hybrid combine harvester with a capacity for 480 horsepower coupled with an 11.55 kWh battery, it achieves peak performance exceeding 600 horsepower.

Additionally, Zoomlion's German subsidiary, RABE, showcased three new advanced tools: the SUPER ALBATROS intelligent plow, the PHOENIX T 600 cultivator, and the PANDION M 500 disc harrow. These tools provide comprehensive agricultural solutions tailored to various soil conditions.

Liu Yuxin, General Manager of Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery Division, noted that the exhibition signifies a significant step in the company's 'High-End, International, New Energy' strategy. Dr. Fu Ling, the Vice President and Chief Engineer of Zoomlion, emphasized the integration of engineering expertise is crucial to developing agricultural machinery that is both hybrid and intelligent, driving global agriculture towards sustainability.

In conclusion, Zoomlion's innovative displays and commitment to smart farming solutions mark a transformative era for the agricultural machinery industry, promoting not only efficiency and productivity but a pathway towards a more sustainable future in agriculture.
