Tokyo Summerland Welcomes Summer with Outdoor Pool Area!



Tokyo Summerland, one of Japan's premier amusement parks, is set to open part of its outdoor pool area on May 31, exclusively on weekends! Greet the sunny summer days with excitement as visitors can enjoy the impressive "Great Journey," Japan's largest lazy river, and the adrenaline-pumping water slide attraction "DEKASLA," plunging down from a height of 24 meters.

As part of the preparation leading to the full opening of the outdoor pool area on July 5, Tokyo Summerland invites guests to jump into summer fun a little early. From May 31, thrill-seekers can savor the experiences of thrilling attractions while surrounded by nature's beauty.

Great Journey


Experience the Great Journey, where you can drift and unwind down the meandering pathways of Japan's largest lazy river. This attraction is perfect for families looking to relax and soak in the sun while floating along the gentle currents.

DEKASLA


Dare to ride DEKASLA, renowned as one of the most exciting water slides in the country. With a staggering drop from 24 meters, it promises an exhilarating experience that you won’t forget!

Aqua Fun


Splash away your summer worries at Aqua Fun, where a massive bucket drops 1.2 tons of water from above, providing plenty of thrills and giggles for the entire family. No trip to Tokyo Summerland is complete without a splash here!

Tickets and Entry Information


To enter the park, ensure you have a 1 Day Pass, which is available for purchase online or at nearby convenience stores. Electronic ticket sales commence one week before your visit, starting at midnight. Be aware, availability is limited, so it's best to secure your tickets in advance to avoid missing out on the fun.

Ticket Prices:
  • - Adult 1 Day Pass: ¥5,500 (tax included)
  • - Child 1 Day Pass: ¥3,500 (tax included)

Parking Fees:
  • - Weekdays: ¥1,500 per vehicle
  • - Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (including August 12-15): ¥2,000 per vehicle

Getting There:
For those utilizing public transportation, take a bus from JR Hachioji Station or JR Itsukaichi Line Akikawa Station, both providing convenient access to the park. If you prefer to drive, Tokyo Summerland is approximately 8 kilometers from the Chuo Expressway Hachioji IC, or just 0.5 kilometers from the Ken-O Expressway Akiruno IC.
