Jolywood Shines at Intersolar Europe 2025 with Niwa Home Energy Solutions

Jolywood's Upcoming Residential Energy Revolution

From May 7 to May 9, 2025, Jolywood Solar made a significant impact at the Intersolar Europe trade fair in Munich, showcasing groundbreaking developments in renewable energy solutions. With a focus on sustainability and efficiency, Jolywood introduced its latest innovation: the "NIWA HOME Super Residential Energy Solution." This product line, renowned for its "3S" features—Safer, Simpler, and Smarter—aims to revolutionize residential energy usage. The comprehensive assortment includes rooftop and balcony systems as well as outdoor off-grid solutions, enabling households to harness clean energy effortlessly.

During a special event titled Jolywood ECO Horizon Night, held at the Deutsches Museum on May 7, attendees were treated to the unveiling of several cutting-edge products. These included the NIWA Ultra series utilizing JBC technology, ultra-light and flexible NIWA Air modules, the NIWA Home All-in-One Balcony Energy Storage System, and more. Notably, Jolywood also featured its Windproof Module, designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, which sparked extensive discussions regarding its potential in residential applications.

Jolywood's Cutting-Edge Innovations

The spotlight at Jolywood's booth was on their top-tier TOPCon n-type solar cells, showcasing three key bifacial models: the rectangular cells measuring 182.2 x 183.75 mm-16BB, 182 x 210 mm-16BB, and square cells at 210 x 210 mm-18BB. The innovative Windproof Modules feature a fully-tempered one-stop encapsulation solution combined with low-acid EVA/EPE encapsulation films, transparent back sheets, and steel frame backbones. These modules not only demonstrate exceptional resilience to environmental conditions but also achieve up to 1.63% higher energy yields compared to standard modules and boast a carbon emission reduction of 61.8% versus double-glass aluminum frame counterparts.

Alongside these advancements, the NIWA Ultra series, noted for its efficiency of 24.6%, and the lightweight NIWA Air modules, recognized for their suitability on curved surfaces and roofs with low load-bearing capacity, caught the attention of industry experts and clients alike.

Recognition and Awards

Jolywood's innovations did not go unnoticed, as the company received multiple accolades during the event, including:
  • - Certification of Enhanced Reliability for n-TOPCon PV Modules from TÜV NORD, confirming the performance of these modules under extreme conditions.
  • - IEC 61215/61730 Certification for back-contact photovoltaic modules from TÜV SÜD, indicating compliance with global safety and performance standards.
  • - 2025 Top Performer in PV Module Scorecard awarded by Kiwa PVEL, marking the fourth consecutive recognition for Jolywood’s manufacturing excellence.
  • - Top Innovation Award in Italy for its module technology offering a leading position in global supply.
