Hithium Unveils Revolutionary Energy Solutions at Eco-Day 2024

On December 12, 2024, Hithium hosted its second Eco-Day event in Beijing, an occasion marked by the launch of three groundbreaking energy solutions under the theme "The Freedom of Energy, The Revolution of Life." This event highlighted Hithium’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of energy storage technology and establishing a novel ecosystem for energy utilization.

The first product unveiled was the ∞Power 6.25 MWh 2h/4h High-Performance BESS, a cutting-edge energy storage system designed to handle full-scenario needs. It features a high capacity of 587Ah for two-hour scenarios and 1175Ah for four-hour scenarios, capable of supporting applications specifically tailored to desert environments. This innovative product redefines traditional energy storage by decoupling system components, such as power supply and thermal management, paving the way for a more adaptable and efficient energy solution.

Next, Hithium presented the ∞Cell N162Ah, recognized as the first specialized sodium-ion battery for utility-scale energy storage. The introduction of this battery signifies a pivotal shift in the sodium-ion battery industry, which has yet to develop large-scale applications. The ∞Cell N162Ah features a polyanionic cathode paired with a hard carbon anode, advanced conductive coatings, and a weakly binding electrolyte formula. It boasts an impressive lifecycle exceeding 20,000 cycles, operates effectively across a broad temperature range, and achieves high round-trip efficiency with outstanding safety performance. This product is currently available for global sampling, with mass production targeted for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Finally, Hithium launched the HeroES, a revolutionary installation-free home microgrid system designed to optimize household energy management. Comprising an intelligent storage module and a SynergyBox control unit, HeroES drastically reduces installation time to just 30 minutes, making it ten times quicker than conventional systems and cutting installation costs by two-thirds. Enhanced with Hithium’s smart energy management algorithm, HeroES improves energy efficiency by 10% and supports a robust microgrid functionality, allowing for wireless scalability and plug-and-play capabilities. The global rollout of HeroES is anticipated for the third quarter of 2025.
