This year, the beloved characters Ernie and Bert join the lineup of classic favorites, creating a perfect visual and tasting experience for guests.

The shaved ice uses high-quality, pure Shinshu natural water, ensuring a smooth, delicious texture. Each character's essence is captured in the syrups and creams, all made with fresh fruits that enhance their natural colors and flavors.
