Cella Cakra Logistik Warehouse: A New Milestone in Indonesia's Logistics

CRE Asia Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of CREE Co., Ltd., proudly announces the completion of the Cella Cakra Logistik Warehouse, slated for handover in June 2025. This warehouse, operated under Cella Management Pte. Ltd., signifies a monumental step in enhancing logistical capabilities in the eastern region of Jakarta, specifically in the Chakkun area.

The strategically located two-story structure is approximately 0.5 kilometers from the Jakarta Outer Ring Road's interchange and about 18 kilometers from Tanjung Priok Port. Such proximity positions the warehouse as a vital hub for export and import supply chains, as well as a key logistical center that connects various industrial estates scattered across the suburbs with Jakarta’s urban landscape.

Cella Management has already secured agreements with several tenant companies, achieving an impressive occupancy rate of around 98% prior to completion. With this addition, the total number of warehouses operated by Cella extends to six, boasting a total rental area of approximately 234,200 square meters.
