The INACOME Business Contest 2025 Finals
On December 19, 2025, the INACOME Business Contest 2025 Finals will take place at PASONA SQUARE in Minato-ku, Tokyo, and online. This event, backed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan, aims to utilize regional resources from rural areas to address societal challenges as part of its funded initiative.
Contest Overview
The INACOME Business Contest is designed to spark innovation in rural areas by inviting participants to present their business ideas and plans that leverage local resources. This year’s finals will include 10 finalists, selected from over 150 entries, who proposed innovative solutions for revitalizing rural communities and promoting sustainable development. They will compete in two categories based on their project's development stage: the Idea Division and the Startup Division. Winners will receive top honors, including the Grand Prize, Excellence Prize, and the Judges' Special Prize.
Finalists will benefit not only from the opportunity to present their ideas but also from guidance and advice provided by judges and venture capitalists on how to advance their business initiatives.
