Boba You X Me: Taiwan's First Cultural Exhibition
In a vibrant celebration of Taiwan's iconic bubble tea, Orbitel International, through its innovative brand O's Bubble, is set to unveil
Boba You X Me. This exhibition will debut on April 26, 2025, at Node94 in Taipei, running until May 10, coinciding with the widely anticipated
BubbleTeaDay on April 30.
This unique showcase reimagines bubble tea beyond its culinary roots, transforming it into a cultural symbol representing resilience, community, and creativity. Instead of a typical product launch, Orbitel International aims to co-create and engage with the local artistic community by working alongside four talented Taiwanese artists. These creative minds are set to reinterpret the beloved drink through installation art, sculpture, and interactive participation.
An Intersection of Culture and Art
Unlike traditional commercial showcases,
Boba You X Me takes an immersive approach, probing deeper into the narrative behind bubble tea. Ken Hsieh, the Creative Director of Orbitel International, described the exhibition's ethos: “We believe in the elasticity of Taiwan’s culture — how it bounces across oceans, soft but strong.” The exhibition is less about marketing drinks and more focused on projecting Taiwan's artistic heritage globally.

A New Narrative for Bubble Tea
Orbitel International’s approach signifies a departure from the rapid commercialism often apparent in events today. Charlotte Chen, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, emphasized that through every sip and smile inspired by
Boba You X Me, visitors build connections that reflect both personal and shared experiences.
The exhibition promises to engage all senses with its artistic offerings, including mirrored floors for reflection, kinetic installations, and evocative figurative sculptures that challenge observers’ perceptions of the familiar bubble tea experience.
